GENEVA — Two UN human rights experts yesterday slammed Hungary for entrenching tough laws against the homeless into the country’s constitution even though they were voided by its Supreme Court.
The UN experts on poverty, Magdalena Sepulveda, and housing, Raquel Rolnik, joined a chorus of criticism of a series of controversial constitution changes by right-wing Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
