Homelessness charities across England will from today be able to bid for grants of up to £150,000 from a £4 million fund.
With over 2,300 people estimated to be sleeping out on any one night, priority will be given to areas that are experiencing high levels of homelessness or increased rough sleeping amongst groups such as young people, women and migrants.
