The ‘Homeless Not Worthless’ demo took place at 4pm on Wednesday 20th February outside Leicester’s Town Hall.
It was staged by members of the Street Life Action Group to protest the proposed cuts on homeless services in the city.
At the protest the group were informed by Councillor Paul Westley that changes to services had been removed from the agenda of the council meeting pending consideration of a recent consultation event.
